Open Source Web Data
SCOPE
Researchers face the challenges of making effective use of the enormous amount of Open Source Web Data in order to better understand and explain complex social systems. There are a wide variety of Open Source Web Data, including text information from traditional news media, network data from social media, individual profiles like age, occupation, location, and interests. It’s still challenging in automatically and effectively extracting, integrating and making use of information embedded in such heterogeneous data (structured and unstructured).
We invite the submission of papers that propose ways to address the variety of aspects in meeting these challenges.

3. Mining multi-relational data
4. Location prediction in Social Media
5. Occupation prediction in Social Media
6. Recommendation in Social Media
PAPER SUBMISSION
Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. The papers should be in PDF format (For detailed requirements and template, please visit http://www.icdsc.net/CallForPapers.html) and submitted to the Email Address (zyding@nudt.edu.cn). All accepted papers will appear in the proceedings of the IEEE DSC2016 conference. If accepted, at least one of the authors must attend the workshop to present the work.
