Templates

Authors should prepare manuscripts using the Springer Computer Science proceedings format for Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS). The official Springer author instructions and templates are mirrored locally for traceability.

The local template files under reference/ were compared with the current Springer official downloads on 2026-06-17 and matched byte-for-byte. If Springer later updates its templates, the LNCS authors/editors page should be treated as authoritative and the local reference copies should be refreshed from that page.

The official Microsoft Word template ZIP contains macro-enabled template files for authoring. Word users should save the final manuscript in .docx format and should not submit .docm files as final paper sources.

Publications

Accepted and presented papers are planned to be published by Springer Nature in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) proceedings series and made available through Springer Nature Link. LNCS submits proceedings content and bibliographic metadata to major abstracting and indexing services, including CPCI, DBLP, Scopus, EI Compendex, INSPEC, ACM Digital Library, and Google Scholar.
