Camera-Ready Preparation

At this time, we kindly ask you to register and submit your camera-ready files through the CMT system. Please make sure your final package is correct and complete upon submission. If you are an author outside China and need to register without using Chinese Yuan, please contact any track chair for assistance. Once you have completed the submission of your final files, you will not be able to make changes.

The camera-ready copy of your paper (together with source files and a signed copyright form) must be submitted to the CMT system.

Your final papers MUST be formatted to the Latest Springer LNCS author instructions and templates, and meet the following requirements:

  1. Please make sure the title and the author list are exactly the same as the CMT registration. Author information must not be changed for accepted papers.
  2. The page limit is strict and final: 12-16 pages for all papers.
  3. 3. The paper MUST use the Springer LaTeX template or Word template, available on the Call for Papers page.
  4. Camera-ready papers should be identifiable through the filename convention: paper_XX.pdf. XX is the paper ID assigned to your submission by CMT (e.g., paper_26.pdf).
  5. Download and fill the copyright form copyright.docx. The file must be named copyright_XX.pdf (e.g., copyright_26.pdf). Please note that digital signatures are not accepted, and the form needs to be signed in ink and then scanned. Papers whose copyright has not been transferred on time will not be included in the proceedings.
  6. Create a folder named source_XX (e.g., source_26). The folder must contain all your source (input) files necessary to compile it correctly. For example:
    1. LaTeX2e files for the text and PS/EPS or PDF/JPG files for all figures.
    2. Any further style files and fonts you have used together with your source files and that are not generally available at CTAN.
    3. RTF files (for word-processing systems other than LaTeX/TeX).
    4. The original Microsoft Word document (.docx) containing the full text of the manuscript, if the manuscript was prepared using Microsoft Word.
  7. Compress the following files in a zipped file and submit to CMT. The zipped file must be named submission_XX.zip (e.g., submission_26.zip).
    1. Camera-ready paper (paper_XX.pdf file).
    2. Completed copyright form (copyright_XX.pdf).
    3. The folder containing source files (source_XX).

Note: To have your paper included in the conference proceedings and final program, (1) at least one author of each accepted paper (including the main conference papers and workshop papers of DSC) must register for the conference at the full author registration rate before the deadline; (2) at least one author of each accepted paper must make a 15-minute presentation for your talk.
