Camera-Ready Preparation

Final-paper instructions for Springer LNCS proceedings.

Preparing Final Files

Authors of accepted papers should prepare the final manuscript using the Springer LNCS proceedings format. Final packages are expected to include editable source files, the matching final PDF, all figures and style files needed to compile the paper, and any files requested by the proceedings editors.

  • Ensure the title, author order, affiliations, and corresponding-author details match the accepted paper metadata.
  • Use the official LNCS LaTeX2e or Microsoft Word proceedings template.
  • Word users should submit final source files in .docx format and should not submit .docm files.
  • Proofread the final PDF carefully before upload.
  • Prepare figure alternative text if requested by the program chairs or Springer Nature production workflow.
  • Do not make unapproved scientific, author-list, or title changes after acceptance.
  • Complete the Springer Nature License-to-Publish form when requested by the proceedings editors.

Springer LNCS Requirements

Springer Nature may request source files for production, metadata corrections, ORCID information, and signed License-to-Publish documentation. The final production workflow and upload location will be announced after acceptance.

Final upload system and detailed camera-ready checklist: To be announced.
