Final Submission Checklist
- Prepare the final PDF using the Springer LNCS proceedings format.
- Package editable source files and all figure/source dependencies.
- For Word submissions, save the final source as .docx; do not submit .docm files.
- Confirm that title, author list, affiliations, and paper metadata are correct.
- Submit the Springer Nature License-to-Publish documentation when requested.
- Wait for organizer instructions before uploading final files.
